The Department of Humanities at Learning Paths School, where we inspire the next generation of leaders, critical thinkers, and socially aware individuals! Programs and Initiatives
Company Program
Our Student Company Programme encourages entrepreneurial spirit, allowing students to transform their ideas into reality. This initiative has led to the launch of ten successful student-led companies, each addressing unique market needs and demonstrating innovative thinking.
Community Service Program
We believe in the transformative power of youth-driven change. Our Student-Run Community Programme empowers students to engage in meaningful social initiatives, working in collaboration with NGOs on certain projects. Notable initiatives include Ekasha, Social Lab, Mukti, and Aahaar. The most recent project, Aahaar, collaborated with an Austria-based NGO for an Instagram Live session and created a comprehensive guide on composting. These experiences allow students to lead with purpose and make a lasting impact in their communities.
Student-Led Editorial and Event Management
At Learning Paths School, we believe in empowering our students by entrusting them with significant responsibilities throughout the year. Our students take charge of editorial work, writing detailed reports on various events, including major occasions like the annual LPS Business Conclave, a two-day mega event. Additionally, students manage event photography and oversee public relations, demonstrating their creativity and professionalism. By giving our students, the opportunity to handle these important roles, we help them develop essential skills in leadership, teamwork, and organisation, preparing them for future challenges.
Wharton Global High School Investment Competition
An exciting program that challenges high school students to explore the world of investment. Guided by their teachers, they learn about strategy, teamwork, risk, and much more using an online stock market simulator.
Rise Program
Empowers promising young individuals and provide them with opportunities to make a lasting impact through community service. This program has already made strides in nurturing future leaders.
School Enterprise Challenge
It is all about fostering the business and life skills of the next generation of entrepreneurs. Through this initiative, students not only learn about business but also develop essential life skills while having fun along the way.
Industry Visits
Experiential learning is at the heart of our educational philosophy. Our industry visits provide students with firsthand insights into various sectors and the functioning of different departments. Notable visits include organizations like Fortis Healthcare, SOREM in Chandigarh, and the High Court, where students gain invaluable practical experience and understand the operational dynamics of various industries.
