Leadership Training @ LPS: The school conducts a range of leadership programs through individuals, groups and organisations. These programmes assist students in becoming agents of positive change in the school and in their communities through developing the natural leadership abilities of all participants by providing concrete leadership tools.

Local service organisations such as Lions Clubs and the Rotary (Rotaract) clubs also work in partnership with the school in leadership development programs.

The School also sends students of the ‘Students’ Council’ for a leadership camp with Pep Turf which gives them pointers on how to work and take decisions independently.
